Nov 7, I had to put down my very best buddy. The staff all knew him. I can't say enough good about these fine people. Kathy and Karen, the two vets, were VERY supportive of me. In fact Kathy, I could see she was on the verge of breaking down herself. I've been to vet offices downstate in the past, and never had this level of compassion from the staff shown to me. A plaque was even made for me with Oz's pawprint, name, and date on it.
We are now patients of Alcona Animal Clinic as a result of two emergency visits while vacationing in Oscoda. Our fur babies were treated with the best of care, and we as overly sensitive parents. The doctors and staff are compassionate, caring and loving individuals who devote their individidual time to your pet. We didn't feel rushed or hurried because of our emergency visit. Our fur babies mean the world to us, and to the staff at Alcona Animal Clini❤️
